A leader in HR for more than 15 years with extensive experience in the energy sector, Rachel is the Southwest People Advisory Services Leader and US Oil & Gas People Advisory Services Principal.

In this role, she focuses on talent management, organizational design change, communications, HR strategy and compensation. Having worked across numerous industries, she has spent the majority of her career in energy, health care and the public sector.

Rachel is regularly quoted by industry publications and has spoken at conferences on the perception of the oil and gas industry, recruiting and retention in oil and gas, global workforce planning, global HR effectiveness and transformation.

She holds an MPH in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA and a BA in Economics from Tulane University.
