EY Japan new Tokyo office

We are pleased to announce that all member firms in EY Japan will be relocating to our new Tokyo office in Tokyo Midtown Hibiya during the period from February to September 2018. Ernst & Young Tax Co. will operate from the new office starting 19 March 2018.

From our new Tokyo office, we will continue to provide you with distinctive value-added services through creative innovations, professional insights and extensive experiences. All members of EY Japan will make best efforts to meet your expectations.

Furthermore, Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, an EY member firm in Japan, will change its legal name to EY ShinNihon LLC effective on 1 July 2018.

Relocation overview

• We will relocate in phases based on the construction completion schedule of our new office building, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, Hibiya Mitsui Tower. 
• After all of our member firms complete their individual moves, we plan to hold the grand opening, formal opening of EY Japan’s Tokyo office, on Wednesday, 29 August 2018.
• As the interior construction and finishing work will continue up to 29 August, even after individual member firms have finished relocating, the availability of meeting space for hosting visitors may be limited. Please kindly contact us prior to visiting the new office.

* We will be unable to accept celebratory gifts of flowers, etc., during the interim period up to our grand opening.
