How Bill is building a better working world

Bill has helped transform EY Transaction Advisory services from M&A compliance and due diligence providers into market-leading strategic advisors. Integral to this transformation was the acquisition of The Parthenon Group in 2014, which significantly enhanced Strategy and Transactions front-end strategic offerings.

With more than a decade of M&A, IPO and capital strategy work in the region, he was instrumental in growing EY in Latin America. In 1995, Bill helped launch EY Strategy and Transactions in South America, which has since grown to more than 700 people. During his time as a partner in São Paulo, he also helped develop EY Strategy and Transactions in Mexico and Brazil.
