Building a better working world
“To build a better working world, we need leaders who can solve today's social issues, which are increasingly complex due to globalization. In order to foster future leaders, I think that it's essential for them to partake in activities outside of the company so that they can develop an interdisciplinary knowledge, profound expertise, and high moral standards.
I also teach at the International Public Policy graduate school of a national university in Japan, and serve on the Industry, Government and Academia Affiliate Committee under the Program for Leading Graduate Schools, a project of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan.”
