Felice helps develop and lead EY’s approach to public policy issues. Interacting frequently with regulators, policy makers, investors and other stakeholders around the world, she helps address the critical issues facing the accounting profession and the global capital markets.

She is a lawyer by training. Before joining EY in 2006, she worked in the Financial Sector Vice Presidency of the World Bank and in the Office of International Affairs at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Felice received a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and an AB in Social Studies from Harvard University.

How Felice is building a better working world

Felice’s entire career has been about building a better working world. She works with people all over the world, both within EY and externally, to understand differing perspectives, to help EY continue to meet the evolving public interest, and to enhance stakeholder confidence in the capital markets and in EY’s role.
