Building a better working world
In this era of disruptive transformation, being trustworthy is the key element that contributes to the growth of companies. In order to make this happen, I host various roundtable discussions on subjects such as advanced risk management, the latest trends in contractor management, and how to manage internal audit departments in the digital age.
I am also leading educational activities for my colleagues in order to support the development of high-performing teams. In particular, I am involved in voluntary training for young professionals in corporate management challenges, and external training on acquiring project management professional qualifications. I also sponsor short-term placements and secondments in Japan for young managers and senior managers from other EY member firms and offices.
