Hisashi Yoshikawa is a member of the Restructuring practice within EY Japan’s Transaction Advisory Service.
In a previous role, he worked for a megabank and a securities company where he accumulated knowledge and experience in business restructuring, management strategy and financial strategy.
In addition to his extensive network with Japanese listed and non-listed companies, his overseas experience includes a period in the USA in commercial/investment banking for a megabank where he gained expert knowledge of both the Japan and US markets.
He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, USA.
