Jonathan currently serves as International Tax Services Leader for EY Japan. He is also the Japan Business Services Tax Leader for EY Asia-Pacific.
Jonathan has held several leadership roles within the organization over the last 10 years. He is experienced in international tax and practices in the areas of corporate structuring, M&A, re-organizations, financing, supply chain, intellectual property and tax treaty analysis. Apart from advising multinational companies and funds in sectors including life sciences, technology and real estate, Jonathan also serves as the Global Tax Account Leader for several clients.
Jonathan is a UK Chartered Accountant. He has earned a BA in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.
