Kris is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in management consulting, auditing, financial analysis and corporate board experience.

She currently focuses on the board agenda including the board’s role in strategy definition, disruptive innovation, board performance & culture and long-term value. She previously led EY Americas Strategy and Customer consulting practices and is one of the founders of EY’s Purpose Led Transformation organization.

Experienced in large-scale business transformation associated with business process and system integration efforts, she focuses on strategy consulting, customer experience, sales and services processes, business development, value realization, financial engineering, human resource processes, change leadership, organization change and technology-driven transformation.

Prior to joining EY, she held leadership roles with a multinational technology company and a multinational professional services firm.

Kris received an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from UCLA.

How Kristen is building a better working world

Kris’s purpose is to build a more balanced working world.  She strives to support working professionals, especially women, who balance work and children, and balance the pulls of their heartstrings against their professional ambitions. 

Kris is a featured conference speaker on long-term value, purpose, corporate transformation, employee engagement, value realization and women’s initiatives. She was awarded Consulting Magazine’s Lifetime Achievement Award for in 2017.

She is currently active with NACD, National Association of Corporate Directors, as programs chair, is an Advisory Director for the NFL’s Alumni Committee, and serves on the Harvard Business School’s Women’s Advisory Board.  She is past corporate director for Great Western Bank where she served on the audit committee, and Windward Reports, as an advisory board member. She was Vice Chair and on the Compensation Committee for the Association of Mechanical Engineers and is a past member of the White House Commission for Women in STEM.
