Drawing on his extensive consulting experience delivering successful transformation programs across HR, IT, and Finance, he is currently involved in the planning and execution of people and change management strategies as an People Advisory Services Performance Leader at EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. (EY Japan).
A career consultant, prior to becoming a Performance leader at EY Japan, he has worked in a range of Consulting and in-house roles, such as SVP Global Head of People Operations, Systems & Analytics and Director HCM Strategy & Transformation. He specializes in Human Capital Strategy, HR Transformation, Change Management, and Digital HR. A strategic thinker and problem solver, he is always looking for opportunities to enable people and organizations to evolve and grow.
He holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath, U.K.
