Yasuyo joined EY Tax Co. in March 2019. Since April 2021, she has also been working with EY Social Insurance and Labor Advisors Co. as an advisor.
She has over 10 years of experience in human resources, wages and social insurance. In addition to her practical experience in the human resources departments of foreign firms overseeing wages and social insurance, she is also involved in labor management, evaluation systems and the employment of foreign nationals. In the outsourcing industry, she has not limited herself to just operational outsourcing. Instead, to contribute to her clients’ business, she proactively investigates and seeks to resolve the issues that her clients face. Furthermore, Yasuyo collaborates with overseas professionals to handle any concerns that foreign firms may have regarding wages, social insurance and labor in Japan.

I act as the bridge between the Japan-based human resources departments and the overseas offices of my foreign clients, so that they can both focus on their main line of work.
