Bernd is a Partner in Strategy and Transactions. With deep industry knowledge and insights in the automotive, transportation and logistics markets, he also co-heads the EY Global restructuring automotive group as well as the EY EMEIA shipping group.
Experienced in coordinating complex national and international transactions and restructuring projects, he focuses on distressed M&A, going concern issues, mediation of stakeholder conflicts and restructuring plans.
