As our Hong Kong Risk Consulting Leader, Phil leads a highly trained team of financial services professionals knowledgeable in financial crime, cyber security, actuarial services, regulatory compliance, operational risk, credit risk, market risk and liquidity risk.
Phil is an experienced international financial services professional who also leads our Financial Crime Solutions for clients across the Asia Pacific region. He has extensive experience in regulatory compliance for commercial and investment banking and is a seasoned project manager.
Phil is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and began his career in public accounting in the UK. He has lived and worked in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Hong Kong during his career. Phil has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
