Minh Phuong founded MP Logistics in 1995 with a vision to become Vietnam’s most reputable privately held forwarding and Logistics Company. Today, MP Logistics has locations across Vietnam serving both domestic and international clients. 

As Chairwoman and CEO, Minh Phuong is responsible for the strategic direction of MP Logistics, building partnerships, broadening business relationships, as well as advising the company executive team on management, leadership and business policy issues. 

In 2007, Minh Phuong was elected Chairwoman of CEO Club HCMC Vietnam, a not-for-profit executive advisory organization. Under her leadership, she helped organizing events that foster economic growth between Vietnam and other Asian countries such as Japan, Thailand, Singapore, etc. CEO Club currently has 120+ CEO members from leading businesses in Vietnam with total revenue of US$5+ billion in 2013. 

Minh Phuong joined Saigon Airport Corporation, a taxi and car rental services company, in 2009 as a strategic investor. She is currently Chairwoman and CEO and is responsible for strategic expansion of its services and business growth. 

In early 2011, Minh Phuong was elected Vice President of Vietnam Association of Consumer Goods Development (VACOD) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. VACOD aims to establish a connection between researchers, producers and distributors to develop Vietnamese consumer goods and increase production in domestic market. It also serves as a link between Vietnamese businesses and entrepreneurs with international markets as part of international economic integration.
