CEO and Founder, The Australian Skin Institute Pty Ltd and Brazilian Beauty Pty Ltd
Francesca Webster founded Brazilian Beauty in 2004 and The Australian Skin Institute in 2012. Since starting these businesses, Francesca has succeeded in several new highly competitive industries, including beauty, skincare and franchising.
Using her corporate skills acquired at companies such as Shell UK LTD, BBC and Morgan Stanley, Francesca has built her beauty businesses around the idea of nurturing successful women. Her drive came from wanting to give others the opportunity to succeed as business women in their own right.
Francesca believes and promotes the brand vision “the client is king.” She couples this with the belief that team members should receive the same level of fostering, if not more than clients. Her focus on process and innovation has helped propel the business forward, improving the franchisee, product and client offering, while at the same time allowing the brand to flourish and grow.
Brazilian Beauty was awarded the Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Business Award for Small Business Growth in 2014 and placed 16th in the BRW Fast Franchises list in 2011. Francesca also received the QLD Franchise Woman of the Year Award in 2011 and 2016, was an Australian EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Finalist and Brisbane News Australia Brisbane Young Entrepreneur Finalist in 2012 and Telstra Business Women’s Award Finalist in 2014.
“My motto is to stay focused on process, be passionate about adding value to the customer experience and don’t let anyone tell you that it can’t be done.” Francesca Webster, CEO and Founder of The Australian Skin Institute Pty Ltd and Brazilian Beauty Pty Ltd.
