Waddah is the managing partner of a cluster of EY offices in five countries encompassing Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Palestine and Libya (LILYA).
He works closely with EY’s public and private sector clients to help guide them through geopolitical uncertainty, economic fluctuations and digital disruption shaping the MENA business landscape.
As part of his commitment to supporting the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, Waddah also leads Jordan’s EY Entrepreneur Of The Year award program. This program recognizes emerging and established entrepreneurs delivering new, innovative solutions within the Jordanian economy.
How Waddah is building a better working world
"I give back to the local community by volunteering my time and expertise as a board member of several not-for-profit organizations. These include Jordan Future for Sustainable Development, Endeavor Jordan, Jordan Media Institute, The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature in Jordan and Birzeit University. I was also a member of the Royal Commission on Integrity and the King Abdullah II Fund for Development.
I’m committed to supporting Jordan’s thriving entrepreneurial scene by celebrating the accomplishments of inspiring and exemplary leaders through events such as the annual EY Entrepreneur Of The Year award program."
