COVID-19 Enterprise Resilience Framework
Our framework identifies nine areas businesses can address to build a structured and comprehensive approach to crisis management and business resilience.
Want to know more about the tool?
This tool primarily explores the first two horizons, the "Now" and the "Next." The "Now" helps you to evaluate your risks and levels of preparedness to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. It asks a set of questions on a 3-point scale: already completed/implemented, considered, not yet.
The "Next" helps identify how and where to adapt your operations, increase resilience and begin to consider how to reframe your future. The questions are based on a 5-point scale: strongly agree to strongly disagree.
The 30 questions per area (on average) provide an in-depth assessment to understand your enterprise’s resilience, and help enable you to more clearly prioritize your actions. It supports you, at a glance, to identify where you may need further efforts or assistance. It is designed to be continually referred to as part of your ongoing crisis planning, and it can be used as a solid foundation upon which your business strategy can be shifted or rebuilt. The tool is a simple and straightforward self-assessment.
