David is a Partner in our Strategy and Transactions practice. He supports corporates, private equity funds and their portfolio companies in special situations - from transaction support and value creation programs to turnarounds.
Prior to EY, he worked in the restructuring practice of a global strategy consulting firm. He holds a PhD from Technical University of Munich and Master diplomas from Queen's School of Business and University of Mannheim.
