How Stephanie is building a better working world

“I have the great privilege of working with clients on developing their corporate strategies that are centered around creating value for not only shareholders, but a broader group of stakeholders, including employees, customers and communities. I’m helping businesses move beyond solely considering the financial value of their company, but instead looking at how they build trust and drive long-term value for society as a whole. I strongly believe that if all companies were to make the shift from shareholder to stakeholder value, the world would be a better, more sustainable and equitable place.”
