Guilherme is a Manager in Global Compliance & Reporting – FSO with a main focus in Tax Reclaims, Tax reporting and Foreign Tax Representation.
Guilherme is experienced in withholding tax, specialized in the asset management industry (regulated funds) and collaborates with the Tax Reclaims Services for EY Luxembourg. He is experienced in EU/DTT/National Law Tax reclaims or Relief at Source and taxation at the investment country level.
Guilherme is also experienced in team management following his 3-year role as Supervisor & Team leader of the Tax Processing activity in one of the biggest custodians in the world. He was responsible for Tax operations of the Euronext markets, Local and Global Custody clients. He is also knowledgeable in the production of analysis, participating in the development and implementation of system improvements, new activities, market changes, practices and client onboarding.
Guilherme is currently involved in multidisciplinary projects, as central coordinator and global PMO, managing teams all around the world.
Guilherme serves the biggest management companies, custodian banks and investments funds with a special focus in Luxembourg.
