Polina’s practice focuses on corporate implementation of tax reorganizations, fiduciary-like corporate transactions and coordination of multi-country engagements.
Before joining EY Luxembourg in 2019, Polina worked for two law firms based in Luxembourg and passed internships in several law firms based in Moscow and Luxembourg during the period of her studies.
Polina holds a specialist degree (Russian equivalent of Master 1 degree) in International Business Law from National Research University – Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia) (2014), as well as a Master 2 degree (LL.M) in European Law from University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg) (2015).
