EY recognized as a leader in SAP implementation services by IDC

EY has been named a leader in IDC’s MarketScape Worldwide SAP Implementation Services Ecosystem 2018 Vendor Assessment.

EY has been named a leader in IDC’s MarketScape Worldwide SAP Implementation Services Ecosystem 2018 Vendor Assessment.1 According to the research, IDC rates EY highly in terms of its employee management strategy and pricing model strategy.

The research – which includes an analysis of the 11 leading SAP application systems integrators globally – notes that EY provides a full life cycle of SAP offerings from advisory to managed services and continues to invest in creating next-generation SAP solutions. It also notes that, through EY Experience Centers, the organization is able to extend the SAP digital core with HANA Cloud Platform Solutions.

Michael Yadgar, EY Americas SAP Leader, says:

“We’re proud to be recognized by IDC as a leader in SAP implementation services. This is testament to our strong growth, innovative solutions and exceptional client work, particularly following our receipt of the SAP Pinnacle Award for ‘Customer’s Choice Partner of the Year’ in May.”

The IDC MarketScape evaluation is based on a comprehensive and rigorous framework that assesses vendors relative to each other. It also examines factors expected to be the most influential for success in the market over both short- and long-term timeframes.

Ali Zaidi, Research Director, IT Consulting and Systems Integration Services, IDC, says:

“Based on IDC’s analysis and our buyer perception survey, EY is a leader in worldwide SAP implementation services based primarily for its functional insights and competence and for providing sincere and trustworthy resources for a project. These attributes have helped EY positively raise its reputation with buyers and its progression in the market.”

EY continues to invest in creating next-generation SAP solutions. The EY wavespace™ global growth and innovation centers are currently working with SAP on the Agile Finance 2.0 initiative, which is exploring new ways for organizations to streamline and integrate the processes by which they collect, process, display and share data.
