How Christian is building a better working world
“The CFO role must dramatically change, enabled through a future-back strategy that incorporates challenges of the Transformative Age. While the COVID-19 pandemic has caused an interim focus for CFOs on cost reduction, in the Next and Beyond horizons the CFOs will help to bring the enterprise back on the growth path and increasingly focus on long-term value creation. The CFO role will thus evolve toward being a company’s Chief Value Officer. I keep the EY Finance Consulting service prepared to support clients on their journey towards that role and required changes in their finance organization.”
