As EY Global International Tax and Transaction Services Leader, Jeffrey focuses on developing leading international tax and transfer pricing personnel around the world, providing exceptional client service to multinational enterprises across all aspects of taxation of cross-border business operations.

Jeffrey has more than three decades of experience in international tax matters and is seasoned in cross-border acquisitions and restructuring, supply chain planning and tax controversy across multiple industry sectors. His knowledge covers a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, energy and financial services.

Prior to joining EY in 2002, Jeffrey was with another accounting firm, leading its international tax practice in Michigan, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and Northern New York.

A Certified Public Accountant, Jeffrey earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Toledo and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Planning from the University of Michigan. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
