Analysis and Presentation of Financial Information

Session Outline

Organisations create and store a significant amount of financial information that is used for various purposes – including reporting to different stakeholders, supporting management in decision-making, assessing investment decisions and presenting information to different levels within the company. The way this information is presented and analysed has a direct influence on the effectiveness of the information we communicate.

The session will provide an overview of good practices when it comes to synthesizing and analyzing financial information from income statement components, balance sheets, cash flow statements and the compilation of different KPIs that are used in the business. 

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for all finance professionals, whether operating as a service provider or in the industry. It should be especially relevant for those involved in developing financial information in their respective roles, and who are responsible for communicating this information to a range of internal or external stakeholders.

CPE Accreditation

3 hours of Structured CPE will be awarded.

Webinar will be split in two sessions of 1.5 hr each (10:30am - 12:00am / Break / 2:00pm 3:30 pm).

Darin Pace | EYs Strategy and Transaction Senior Manager 

Darin Pace is a Senior Manager in EYs Strategy and Transaction, mainly assisting institutions and companies on matters of Corporate Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions and other related Transaction support. Prior to EY, Darin was the Head of Capital Markets at a local financial institution where he assisted several local companies in the process of tapping the local capital markets. Darin has experience in the financial services industry across a number of roles including Research, Trading and Treasury Management. Darin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta and an MBA from Bangor University in Wales. Darin is also a member of the Chartered Banker Institute.
