A seasoned marketing specialist with extensive experience in retail and network marketing, Dato’ Lawrence founded I Synergy Universal Sdn Bhd (ISU) to provide performance-based affiliate marketing solutions to retailers. Affiliate Junction (AJ), the first and leading affiliate network with over 10,000 affiliates that offer affiliate programmes in Malaysia, is Dato’ Lawrence’s brainchild and one of his noteworthy achievements. Mykad Smart Shopper Program is the anchor affiliate programme under AJ, designed to leverage on the Malaysian national identity smart card to promote the local retail industry.

A charismatic and innovative leader, Dato’ Lawrence has built highly motivated teams to focus on achieving desired goals and KPIs. The company achieved breakeven 18 months after its incorporation, and ISU achieved a near 10-fold annual turnover growth in 2012. The humble single company with three employees has since grown into a group of companies with more than 30 employees
