Rubaneswaran is the CEO/Managing Director of Knowledgecom Corporation Sdn Bhd, an Information Communications Technology (ICT) training company and the pioneering company that introduced the Systems Applications and Products eLearning (SAP eAcademy) in Malaysia.
At the age of 26, Rubaneswaran took over the company that had incurred RM 1.7 million in losses, and managed to turn it around in 3 ½ years, achieving its first RM 1 million profit after tax in 2012 and subsequently a total cumulative PAT growth of 300% by March 2016. To date, the company has trained over 10,000 individuals on technology certification programs and is working towards up-skilling the people to achieve a high income nation.
