The Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of The Center of Applied Data Science (CADS), Sharala Axryd is leading the transformation and setting the benchmark for Data Science education in ASEAN, empowering and mentoring the next generation to be leaders and innovators in Data Science.
She was instrumental in bringing The Data Incubator (an American-based Data Science institution) to Malaysia and launched ASEAN's first Data Science accelerator program last year. She also spearheaded the initiative to bring in the Harvard Business School (HBS) Executive Education on Business Analytics and Big Data to Malaysia.
Sharala comes from a technology background and brings to the business more than 16 years of experience in system engineering, encompassing both technical and non-technical areas.
