Jingjing is the CEO of Beijing JHYP Enterprise Management, also known as JHYP. Beijing JHYP Enterprise Management operates as a restaurant chain providing Chinese fast food, such as congee, cold dishes, stews, pasta and other dishes.

Jingjing started to operate and manage the Dongfang Huayu Gift Company when she was in her first year of university between 1992 and 1996 and her business expanded to over 10 gift shops in1996. She was a trader at the Fund Department of China International Futures Co., Ltd (CIFCO) between 1996 and 2000, where she was known for her outstanding performance. During this period, she also set up over 20 companies. In 2000, she founded Porridge Jiahe. Today, she is operating over 100 Porridge Jiahe chain restaurants under JHYP.

In 2010 JHYP won the bid to become one of the best practice enterprises for the National Breakfast Project in China with the highest score and in 2008 JHYP was selected by the Olympic Organizing Committee to provide the catering for the Olympic athletes. The company’s quality products and standardized services are very popular amongst locals and foreigners.

Jingjing has won numerous honours including Person of the Year 2014 for Successful Transformation of a Catering Enterprise in China, Chinese Magnolia Award for Women 2014, and in 2015 she won China Restaurant Chain Industry Achievement Award for the period 2008 to 2012.
