- EY marks two decades of recognizing and celebrating entrepreneurial excellence
From now till 16 July 2021, members of the public are invited to nominate outstanding Malaysian entrepreneurs for the 20th EY Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) Malaysia awards. This year, the EOY Malaysia programme marks a momentous milestone as it commemorates 20 years of seeking and honouring some of Malaysia’s most extraordinary entrepreneurial personalities and successes.
Participation in the EOY 2021 awards programme is open across four categories: Emerging, Technology, Woman and Master. An overall country winner will be chosen from among the four category winners, and the country winner will then go on to represent Malaysia at the prestigious EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year (WEOY) next year.
Nominees will be assessed by a panel of independent judges guided by a set of globally benchmarked criteria that include entrepreneurial spirit, value creation, strategic direction, national and global impact, innovation, and personal integrity/purpose-driven leadership.
In line with the theme, “The Unstoppables”, the EOY 2021 Malaysia programme seeks to recognize and celebrate our nation’s change-makers, their remarkable journeys and unbounded ambitions which deliver innovation, growth and prosperity that transform our world. These bold and visionary leaders transform blue-sky dreams into reality, contributing value and purpose beyond simple profits.
