Areas of focus

Rosco is a principal in the EY-Parthenon Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility sector, based out of McLean, VA. He works with Aerospace and Defense (A&D) clients to scope and provides transformational strategy engagements.

He brings over 17 years of program management, corporate strategy and systems engineering experience. Before joining EY-Parthenon in 2021, Rosco was a strategy consultant at an A&D consulting firm, a business development manager at a diversified manufacturing company and an aerospace engineer with a prime defense contractor.

Rosco earned his BS and MEng degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, as well as an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson. In addition, he has certifications from Harvard Business Analytics Program, Caltech Aerospace Project Management, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Rosco collaborates with clients and businesses to better understand their problems at a more granular level and derive solutions through a hypothesis-driven approach. He develops detailed frameworks that guide the decision-making process of large-scale management teams and helps enable the implementation of business transformation initiatives to ultimately increase operations performance.
