John has approximately 30 years of public accounting tax experience focusing on technology, markets strategy and sector. Currently, he has a dual role, serving as EY Americas Tax Sector Leader as well as EY Global Alliance leader for Thomson Reuters.

As digital is disrupting all industries, it is also disrupting the tax function and how they bring value to the organization along with managing risks and reducing costs. John’s unique background and experience helps EY professionals serve clients with a technology-enabled approach that is sector-specific for a more complete solution.

John has a BS in Finance from LaSalle University and is an enrolled agent with the IRS. John and his wife Diane have two teenage children, Caroline and Bobby, and they enjoy spending their summers in Sea Isle City, NJ.
