EY appointments Channel Islands Talent Manager

EY has appointed Andrea Gallienne as Talent Manager in the Channel Islands, supporting the firm’s ongoing growth ambitions and people focused agenda.

An experienced HR professional, Andrea has worked across a number of sectors in the Channel Islands, including public, financial services and retail. She has experience across all aspects of HR including employee relations, learning and development, reward and recognition, employee engagement and recruitment and retention.

In her cross-island role with EY, Andrea will be working alongside EY’s Channel Islands leadership team to deliver the firm’s Talent strategy. Andrea will be leading recruitment, whilst also focused on fostering a work culture that nurtures diversity in all its forms and delivering learning and development programmes that enable their people to reach their career aspirations.
