In addition to financial audits, Holger has led and participated in a number of non-audit projects, including International Financial Reporting Standards transitions, SOX 404 implementation and IPO-related services.
Holger represents EY as a speaker at industry events such as the Mobile World Congress, International Telecommunication Union and Global Telecoms Business CFO Summit. He is a German Certified Public Accountant and a German Certified Tax Advisor. Holger earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University.
