Future Owners – it starts with you!

As a current or next generation owner of a family enterprise, you have tremendous opportunities to make positive, true, and lasting impact.  

While such opportunities come with extraordinary possibilities, they tend to be overwhelming at times. High pressure, expectations, and seemingly impossible standards from people around you and the society make family enterprise ownership a mentally and emotionally challenging job.

Addressing the most pressing concerns of an enterprise owner

Learning of a lifetime

We are excited to announce EY’s Future Owners’ program. This program will help you become more aware of who you are and what your driving force is. You will learn how to connect with your passion and develop the courage to live a purpose-driven life.

You will have the chance to learn about the resources required to become a more conscious opportunity creator and generate positive changes in the lives of others as well as your own. All of this in a safe environment with like-minded individuals.

This program includes 10 modules. The first 9 gatherings will be scheduled virtually, while the final gathering will take place in Switzerland over a weekend.

Coaching:
Coaching is a part of the program to assist with your progress on a bi-weekly basis. Additionally, personal/private work will be offered throughout the program for you to deepen insights on specific subjects.
