Henrik leads our Internal Audit practice in the Nordics and primarily focus on clients in EY’s largest market segment Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility (AM&M).

Henrik started as an external auditor and became part of EY’s consulting practice in 2007 where he supported US listed companies to implement SOX. Henrik has worked with corporate governance and risk management throughout his career.

Henrik studied finance at the University in Skövde and Stockholm. 

How Henrik is building a better working world

I believe in robust company structures to effectively support people in their everyday work. For me it is about having a structure that is less dependent on individuals and more about building and protecting company assets; this will encourage team efforts and drive shareholder value.

My role is to support our clients to build long lasting company structures that will provide value to more than one generation and hence contribute to our joint society for many years.
