An experienced strategy and corporate development executive and management consultant, Brian is the EY Global Buy and Integrate Leader. In this role he leads fully-integrated merger management services across sectors for EY.

Prior to joining EY in 2016, he was a senior executive and SVP of global strategy at a Fortune 500 company; a partner at a global consulting firm and a corporate transactions attorney. He has experience working directly with CEOs, executives, business teams and boards of directors, as well as PE-backed companies, in all facets of strategic planning, due diligence, corporate development and M&A.

Brian earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in American Studies from Cornell University.
