Glenn has more than 20 years of restructuring experience, particularly in advising stressed / distressed companies, or their stakeholders, through consensual restructuring negotiations.

He typically works with companies which have international footprints and/or cross border stakeholder groups, including with both primary and secondary lending institutions.

Glenn has spent most of his career working in Europe (London based) and Asia (Singapore and Indonesia), and is particularly skilled at working in culturally diverse environments.  

He has also worked across many industry sectors, but in the last five years has worked extensively in the shipping and oilfield sectors.

Glenn earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from La Trobe University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.
