Mairéad has extensive global total reward experience within the corporate environment over her 20 years career. Prior to EY, she was the Head of Global Rewards and HR Operations for a global New Zealand based company and served as the Chair of The New Zealand Remuneration Network. Based both in the U.K and New York, Mairéad has led broad reward projects, equity-based schemes, and/or advised Remuneration Committees across several industries.
