Mark is a Director in our People Advisory Services reward practice and has more than 15 years experience in global reward management.
Mark has worked in a combination of in-house and consulting roles based in New Zealand and the UK, predominately supporting large financial service organisations.
Mark also has a Masters of Science (First class honours) experienced in organisational psychology from the University of Auckland.
Mark has delivered on projects for short/long-term incentive design, change framework development, remuneration survey management and people-related analytics.
