How Randy is building a better working world
“In my role, I work directly with entrepreneurs to help them grow their businesses, helping them hire more people, which helps to build a better working world.
Many organizations are focused on short-term issues such as reducing costs and addressing current financial risks. It's equally important, though, to consider performance improvement opportunities that will drive growth and operating efficiencies for the longer term and create a stronger competitive position.”
