An HR professional with experience in financial services and professional services and a background in employment law, Alexandra is EY Asia-Pacific Financial Services Talent Leader. In this role, she is responsible for translating business strategy into practical yet innovative talent approaches to meet organization needs.

She collaborates with leaders in a highly matrixed, fast-paced and high-growth environment to create and implement talent strategies across a diverse region and all four service lines to drive performance and engagement, identify talent, develop capability and retain high-performing professionals.

Her key areas of focus have been organizational design and change management, people leadership, talent management, leading diversity and flexible work initiatives, HR consulting, and implementing competency frameworks and performance management frameworks locally, regionally and globally.

She holds a graduate diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law and bachelor’s degrees in Law, English and History from the University of New South Wales.
