Don has handled some of EY’s largest and most complex global audits and has held professional practice leadership roles in multiple countries during his three decades at EY. He has worked with a broad range of companies, with a particular emphasis on multinationals.
Don’s experience has given him the opportunity to work with EY teams in almost every sector. He frequently consulted with EY audit teams and EY leadership around the world.
He holds a BSc (Bachelor of Science) in Accounting degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Don played a pivotal role in serving the public interest and positively influencing business behavior with his interactions and relationships with regulators and oversight bodies, including the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators (IFIAR) and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
