She advises clients on all matters of personal data protection, including GDPR implementations, on post-implementation GDPR audits and participates in due diligence audits. She provides GDPR assistance in M&A transactions in personal data transfers and IT system transfers. Olga acts as a Data Protection Officer for her clients.
She graduated from Center for American Law Studies one-year course in American Law organized in cooperation with University of Florida. She is founder and vice-president of the Personal Data Protection Section at the Warsaw Bar Association. She is also PhD candidate in Koźmiński University, College of Law - Planned dissertation topic: Cybersecurity regulation of electronic medical records.
