Diogo is an Associate Partner at Ernst & Young, S.A., Portugal, with a leading role in Financial Services.
Throughout his career in Portugal and Angola, Diogo has been supporting various financial institutions in improving operational efficiency through process improvement and digitization, cost reduction and revision of the operating model. Additionally, he has extensive experience in supporting implementation and integrating systems initiatives.
On the risk side, he supported the reorganization of several functions in a central bank and was responsible for reviewing the regulatory framework and redesigning processes in various areas of the Institution.
He graduated in Engineering and Industrial Management from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST). He also holds two post-graduation degrees, one in Bank and Insurance Management from the School of Economics and Management (ISEG) and the other in Lean Management by NOVA School of Science and Technology (FCT NOVA).
