Fabrice is a Principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s Financial Services Strategy & Business Transformation Consulting practice where he oversees a team of strategists and management consultants who guide C-suite and senior executives in defining and articulating their innovation-led business strategy, vision and executable roadmaps to achieve measurable and sustainable outcomes. He is also the leader of the EY Customer and Growth offerings focused on experience design, product innovation, marketing transformation and distribution optimization.
Fabrice has led engagements in 20+ countries to address a broad set of strategic challenges: growth and customer strategy; digital transformation and customer experience management; Fintech, innovation and product development; regulatory reform response and compliance; and performance improvement.
Fabrice earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a BS and an MSc in Management and Finance from Bordeaux Business School in France and the Arthur D. Little School of Management in Boston.
