How Ankita is building a better working world

In addition to serving clients, Ankita piloted the Nucleus for Excellence in Strategic Transformations (NEST) program in 2016, designed to strengthen EY-Parthenon’s client service delivery model. It challenged where and how work gets done by exploring client-serving opportunities that can be done at the US firm with limited presence at client sites.

What was originally conceived as a solution for retaining high-performing working mothers has now extended to be a true center of excellence for all employees to build subject-matter experience with the added benefit of flexibility. The program under Ankita’s leadership has grown to 50+ employees with hubs in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Houston and Atlanta. Ankita continues to challenge the norms to create a better working world.
