How Karen is building a better working world

“Working on strategic talent planning and the audit professional of the future, I have been fortunate to be in a position where I can shape the careers of those who work with me personally and our client-serving teams all over the world.

The profession is changing rapidly, providing a unique opportunity for raising its attractiveness to a wider talent pool.

With new technology like data analytics and robotic process automation, most routine work will disappear in the next few years. At the same time, the audit may evolve beyond financial figures, giving our people the opportunity to gain deeper insights and to spend more time on the exciting aspects of an audit.”
