Combining operational experience and financial acumen, Paul supports corporate and private equity clients in evaluating critical M&A investment decisions and executing transformational initiatives.

He focuses on the consumer products sector, with a specialization in food and beverage, personal care, apparel, luxury goods, and omni-channel business models.

Taking a practical approach to complex problems, Paul has led over 100 engagements across the full M&A investment life cycle from diligence, developing commercial and operational strategy, to driving post-acquisition value creation through enhancing operations.

His nearly 20 years of global experience includes transactions across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
