Shinichi joined EY in 2011 as EY Japan Operational Transaction Services Leader. He mainly engages in a variety of sectors including logistics and transportation. In addition, he provides transformation and organizational changes such as reorganization, shared services, post-merger integration and cross-border projects related to regional governance and M&A.

He is a certified instructor of Project Management Association of Japan (PMAJ) and a core member of emerging market in EY Japan.

Shinichi earned a BA in Business from Keio University, Japan and a MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Manchester, UK.
